Price reduction seems to be the way to get your property sold. A developer in Detroit Michigan had to realize that he too is not immune to having to reduced his asking price on the high rise condos that he has for sale.
In 2006, the developer for Westin Book Cadillac Hotel, was offering a few units at $289,900 per unit. Today, the developer has reduced his price to $199,990 in hope of selling the units.
In addition of the 64 units that developer, John Ferchill, had for sale in 2006, he was only able to close on 12 of them due to decline in the economy.
