10. Is this the right time to sell?
This question has become more relevant these days because buyers are having a harder time getting loans to purchase homes. Not only that, the homes themselves are being evaluated more carefully by the lender to ensure that the value of the home is equivalent to the market value.

9. What type of market is it?
There are two types of markets. One market is the seller’s market, and the other type is the buyer’s market. The seller’s market occurs when there are few homes for the amount of buyers that are interested in purchasing a home. The buyer’s market, on the other hand, occurs when there are more sellers of homes than there are qualified buyers for the homes.
8. Will I purchase this home if I was a buyer?
It is important to think about what attracted you to your home and caused you to put in an offer in on the home. Was it the price of the home, the location of the home, the layout of the home? It is important to answer that question and cater to your answer to that question because it will help aid you in finding or not finding a buyer for your home.
